#SundayRitual: I also bought a wok. Just a cheap ($22) carbon steel wok. It's TINY. Maybe 23cm diameter and 20cm depth. This means I can lift it easily (important when you have tremor) and I am hoping it will force me to remember to cook things in batches. I'm also hoping the smaller ratio of metal to burner means a hotter surface when cooking.
