I’m (still) addicted to reading Everywhere Babies by Susan Meyers, which is handy as I have it memorized enough to not be fazed that some words have since been eaten.

The rhythm is so fun, and it’s casually inclusive of all styles of parents & babies. It’s a nice break from the constant comparisons of growth curves & milestones. And it’s a banned book because… fuck if I know?!

Plush elephant reading a book with a row of swaddled babies in all shapes and sizes. The text reads “Every day, everywhere, Babies are born. Fat babies, thin babies, small babies, tall babies. Winter and spring babies, summer and fall babies.”A plush alligator climbing on a copy of Everyday Baby’s. The front cover is torn and taped back together. The top corner is chewed and missing
