On 22 November 1987 the most high profile TV hijacking in US history occurred. Unknown persons interrupted an episode of Doctor Who on Chicago PBS station WTTW and broadcast this odd parody of Max Headroom.
They also highjacked WGN in Chicago for a shorter period that evening.
The perpetrators were never found.
