Me ha gustado mucho la personalísima dirección, la ambientación, el tono y el acertado montaje. El fallo que le veo es que quiere contar una historia larga y compleja en muy poco tiempo. No es que no se entienda, pero quedan poco naturales los evidentes saltos temporales y creo que habría quedado mejor en una miniserie.

"The Order" (2024) is a story of a federal investigation of a neonazi militia in 1983-84. It fits in nicely with what's happening in the US at the moment. I was surprised that Amazon funded something like that, given their sympathies for the current regime. Anyway, strong roles from unrecognisable Jude Law and Nicholas Hoult. I liked ascetic visuals, reminding me a bit of "Longlegs," but very broadly.

Awesome film. Jude Law's best performance ever? Yep, could be. Nicholas Hoult is incredible too.

Everything about the film is excellent.

Except the weather.

Sure, it's completely irrelevant to the story, so did I let it bother me enough that I took screen caps, searched weather records, took screenshots of the results, then put it all together in a collage?
