70s Doctor Who had *excellent* alien jungle sets. One of the better aspects of "Planet of Evil".

Way better than Star Trek TOS "Planet Hell". And better than using locations, which don't look alien enough. Great stuff!

While the Canadian contingent in Los Angeles this year was low (including both Warren and Chris, who like many Canadians chose not to frequent the environs of our troubled neighbours), Steven represented both the Embassy of Radio Free Skaro, and the nation of Canada (the latter unofficially).
