Um, actually... There's a meme going round that Santa Claus is in violation of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 because he collects data on who's naughtie or nice. Given proper handeling of that data I think there's a good case to be made he isn't. It's data he needs to do his job of rewarding good kids, thus making it legal to collect it.
Personally I'm more worried about how he gets the data, but as far as I'm aware that's not covered in the GDPR.
