Who decided that customers really want to get at least five emails giving them information about shipping ? Like, I would like to state that I dont want or need that. It´s clogging up my mail. I am happy to receive one mail with the tracking number.

Ideally, #UserAcceptanceTesting (UAT) is supposed to as closely resemble being a user IRL as we can make it. And for the most part, that always works.
Except for these little assholes: we know in production it works fine, but you could not have proved that from my testing.
