I'm going to try to make #WebWeaverWednesday a thing, starting with this photo of a chonky #EuropeanGardenSpider (in our decidedly non-European #Portland backyard).

A brown and tan spider with a chonky patterned thorax with little pale circles on a reddish background and spiky striped legs, sitting on a web next to the wall of a green house.

Disappointed that there doesn't seem to be a cute #mastodon tag for #spider photos.
