For years I've been amused by the fact that I can tell when my wife has used the sugar jar. She tightens the lid much more strongly than I do.

This morning it occurred to me that maybe she knows something, maybe the sugar's been trying to escape and attack. I see you, sugar, you and your shifty ways! You won't escape now.
