Naast het kernfeestje in Brussel was er ook een echte energietop deze week: #WindEurope Bilbao met 12.000 deelnemers. Daar werd o.a. voorspeld dat we tegen 2030 jaarlijks 29 GW extra windcapaciteit mogen verwachten in Europa. In 2023 was dat al 16,2 GW.

Alles in allem kann ich nach 6 Monaten sagen, dass es sich gelohnt hat zu wechseln. Etwas zu tun was Sinn macht und unsere Welt der #Klimaneutralität ein Stück näher bringt dazu noch in einem Unternehmen, das sich sozial engagiert und die Kollegen eine ähnliche Wertevorstellungen haben ist so viel mehr wert als einfach technologisch den nächsten Schritt für ein neues Lenkrad zu gehen.

Ja, die Besuche in der Fertigung um Ausschuss zu verringern, an der Klimakammer um das Produkt zu testen oder im Fahrzeug um Rohdaten für das Matlabmodell aufzunehmen fehlt mir machmal ein wenig, aber basteln kann ich ja auch in meiner Freizeit und programmieren erst recht.

Ein Besuch auf der Messe #WindEurope in Bilbao ist jedenfalls nicht weniger interessant als auf der electronica in Nürnberg. Und die Herrausforderungen bei einer Simulation für ein Magnet, einem E-Feld für eine Touchtaste oder eine CFD für Windströmung sind am Ende doch die selben 😃
