Streetartwall. A comic-style mural of a cat was sprayed/painted on a concrete pillar of a road bridge by a body of water. The cat is standing in blue water, wearing brown dungarees and a woolly hat and grinning cheerfully. It is holding a fishing rod in one hand and a hook in the other. The artist's signature "Roo" is written in a speech bubble above it. It seems to be a good place for anglers, the way this cat is grinning.

I love the urban art under the A327M at Winnersh. The level detail is breathtaking

I'm not sure that the man from the council understands how a Park and Ride service works. Either that or he's trying to ensure they fail.
