Current jobs ongoing with the #XJ900 are the rear brake, which was in an appalling condition, and the exhaust which I am trying (and failing) to get re made in stainless steel.
I am two thirds of the way there but it's like pulling teeth and twice as expensive as that!
Here is the progress so far. The front pipes were made several years ago and that fella retired before I could get him to finish the job.
Just recently got the centre section done but what a struggle!
Now for the silencers!

Im Moment wird es zwar hier in Köln wieder richtig grau und sicher fängt es gleich an zu regnen. Aber ich habe Glück gehabt und konnte heute noch ein paar Sonnenstunden in der #Eifel abgreifen. Also heute mal wieder die dicke #Diva getankt, die will schließlich auch bewegt werden. Knapp über 200 Kilometer mit Spaß inne Backen. 🤩 🏍️ #Eifelnomads #Yamaha #XJ900
