A regular customer in Seneca required the replacement of a custom-built lattice archway. The project required some minor fabrication to achieve, but the result duplicates what the previous archway would have looked like when new some 30 years ago!

We had a customer with a wood-grain entryway that was experiencing deterioration of the finish as well as wood rot. Since it was a multi-process project, it took a few days to complete but the result is a beautiful, rich wood finish that truly sets off the front of the house.

One of Tuxedo Home Maintenance ‘s valued clients in Anderson needed a rickety wooden gate replaced, wanting to bring it in line with the adjacent privacy fencing. We removed the old gate along with the posts and the concrete footings, tidied up the spot, and built a new gate and fence section from scratch. This project resulted in a private, lockable gate that can be easily adjusted for any movement or sagging.

Our client has a new house in Seneca and she wasn't pleased with the wire shelving the developer had installed in the kitchen pantry. Tuxedo Home Maintenance removed all the wire shelving, filled the holes left behind from the wire shelving brackets, then installed sturdy and solid melamine shelves. The difference between living with proper solid shelving like melamine, when compared to wire units, is night and day when in a kitchen pantry!

We recently rehabilitated a deck that required some decking replacement, new steps, re-stained, as well as the installation of new vinyl lattice. What was once a deck unsafe for use is now ready for the upcoming July 4 holiday!
