On the food front, this weekend's about grilling burgers & hot dogs but I couldn't shake a video of anchovies caught in the Bay out of my mind. Implausible to say that making #boquerones is back-breaking work but standing at the sink for two hours removing heads, guts, and spines from the fillets did deter me from making any for years. A stool was acquired at #Minimo's liquidation sale, vastly improving the ergonomics.
