Since we usually work solo and async for most of the year, getting to sit side by side, talk through tricky conversations, and support each other while helping customers was incredibly energising.

Incidents are never fun. But sitting side-by-side, solving a problem together, was a powerful reminder of what we can do. Not just as colleagues, but as a team.

Just back from the Buffer retreat in Antalya 🇹🇷

It was an incredible week. I work with some of the most thoughtful, talented, and genuinely lovely people—and I’m still feeling grateful (and a little sleep-deprived).
