@VeroniqueB99 @csolisr quite the opposite is true. Many old people I personally know would love to use (e-)bikes, but are frightened by cars in heavy traffic.They need protected bike lanes and calm city streets.

And of course there are still parking garages and parking lots for disabled people in Paris.

Make public transport free instead of free parking in city streets! That really helps elderly people keep being mobile.
