RetroAchievements is going to add progression markers to games so that you can mark them as beaten separately from the achievements.

That's... pretty good actually. More than good. Retroachievements would become the only website with a game completion tracker. That's a big deal. Plus you can do them alongside from achievements so now the only pressure on them is from yourself... optionally. In theory.

It should be implemented fairly soon.
