Are You Dead? - L'application chinoise qui attend votre mort

<p>Debout les mort ! Aujourd'hui on va parler d'un truc qui va vous faire froid dans le dos, mais qui au fond, est d'une utilité redoutable pour tous les ermites numériques que nous sommes. Imaginez une application qui vous demande régulièrement, avec la subtilité d'un rouleau compresseur : "<em>Hé Ducon, est-ce que tu es mort ?</em>".</p>
<p>Non, ce n'est pas vraiment le début d'un mauvais film d'horreur, mais le concept bien réel d'une application chinoise baptisée <strong>Sileme</strong> (ou "<strong>Are You Dead?</strong>" pour les intimes). Le principe c'est de configurer des check-ins réguliers comme ça si vous ne répondez pas présent à l'appel, hop, l'application active son système d'alerte et envoie une notification à vos contacts d'urgence par e-mail (le développeur prévoit aussi d'ajouter les SMS très bientôt).</p>
<p>Vous l'aurez compris, le but de cette app c'est d'éviter que vous ne finissiez en momie numérique dans votre studio de 15m² sans que personne ne s'en aperçoive.</p>

<p>Alors oui, le nom est <strong>moche de ouf</strong> et a même choqué pas mal de monde en Chine, mais le créateur assume totalement ce côté provocateur. L'app est même passée d'un modèle gratuit à une contribution de 8 yuans (soit un peu plus d'un euro) pour couvrir les frais
