I planted these flowers back in May. 🌸 Cold temps and Chicago's first significant snow of the season might have finally done them in. ❄️

We had a good run through an unseasonably warm fall. 🍂☀️

Here's a pic that took an exceptionally long time to take. A few years back I started collecting and drying various plants to photograph.

Mum kindly started collecting some from her garden for me to use as well, then a combination of us moving house, mum moving house and a pandemic happened and the plants she had collected were left in an old antique desk.
