Continued #WeirdCoffeePerson fun - brewing the decaf we liked the least (EA/cane sugar process) as a v60. It took *forever* to draw down. Better flavour and body than the cupping brew, but still very mild and doesn't last long on the palate.
This is behaving like a very old coffee so TBH the main fault here might be me leaving this a couple of weeks past the official tasting. It does support the general wisdom that decaf ages faster.
