It wasn’t sudden. My body said “enough” first. Racing heart, pressure spikes, short breath.
Emotional overload became physical pain.

I stopped using social media, step by step.
Uninstalled, reinstalled, tried again. It was detox.

Then I found the Fediverse.
No algorithm. No suggestions. No scrolling trap. Just silence — and the chance to choose again.
