I recently started to write a wee piece for the 90th anniversary of #DonoghuevStevenson. It turned into more than that. In fact, I am now set to monopolise the #Scots #Law Times over the next 4 weeks with a series of articles.
The first looks at this infamous case as a Scots, rather than Common, lawyer. It has been said that Scots 'revel' in the decision, but some thinkers have questioned if they should. With that in mind, I ask whether or not Donoghue really is a 'case worth celebrating'...
