So politics aside, if you have a library card/membership in Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and the US, you should have access to KANOPY which is a streaming service. (apparently a uni ID also works?) Plus you get 72 hrs access to the item.

Every Wed/Thursday new items of all types and genres are added to the inventory.

There are a host of Korean language movies on KANOPY with dramas now slowly trickling in as well.
