I'm getting monthly intralesional steroid injections (about 15 jabs total) into my scalp for #psoriasis and #seborrheic dermatitis treatment. They are working like a charm. No topical medication has worked as well or as quickly as this treatment does to manage my severe scalp #flaking, #itching, #redness, and #scaling.
