I spared yall the horror of the demo phase but trust me it was dusty. Oy. After tossing the trash out the window + 2 vaccumings (1 shopvac, 1 Dyson) it’s clean. Well cleaner. Open hole ain’t great but it’s a surprising improvement as I hoped. I’m gonna have a pro handle the Sheetrock and painting. Paint the water pipe & meter white myself then wheeee. Anyway. Okay the demo has begun. This is the before. That’s the exterior wall behind the water meter. It’s about 16”x16” on the sides, 6’8” height (I’m 6’6” for reference). A smarter man would’ve cleared the whole studio or at least covered stuff. Alas he wasn’t available. One thing I can tell you is there’s so much mouse shit.
