Do we really need more roads?
This one leads straight through one of my favorite nature reserves, partially some truly old, natural forest.
I am over everything and everyone for now, am completely exhausted by the panoply of nonsense, and find myself sorely missing my decades in the monastery, where I had quiet, space for contemplation, and a deep wellspring of serenity to give me the strength to take on the idiocy of the world. That's all lost to me, so for today, I'm content to let the world burn while I tend to my work.
Shoutout to everyone who just wants to scream (but keeps it bottled up, and grows a tumour, instead). ๐
Elected Democrats will need our encouragement, support, and cajoling to find their spines and fight back.#politics #fail #FuckEverything

To be clear, the assumption already is that unhoused people will die quietly, but that we will cause a scene as they kill us.
They're just adding the "quietly" part to our marginalization.
