#GreatAlbums1990s - #TheTragicallyHip#FullyCompletely (1992). Mordecai Richler’s phrase, “world famous in Canada,” never applied more aptly to a band than the Hip – stadium legends at home, struggling cultists abroad. Their third full-length set included “Courage,” “Fifty Mission Cap” and “Wheat Kings,” which, like the Band or early Guess Who, found universal value in tales of localized tragedy and triumph. Their most consistent album.
