Thrilled to give a talk on Monday 11 November at the Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza, Italia, a sublime venue shaped by the genius of Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio. Designed in 1580, the Teatro Olimpico is widely regarded as the first permanent indoor theater of the modern era.

In Romania, I had the pleasure of visiting Brassov.
A Transylvanian town nestling in the Carpathian mountains, it is steeped in history.
I visited the Coresi district, a former aircraft site and then tractor production place during the Soviet era. Now a complete new centrality, the project embodied the inspiration for my #happyproximity work. I was delighted to be able to visit it at last. In 12 years, the profound transformation of this site shows that it is possible to change the paradigm.
