As a kid I had repeated ear infections, until our family doctor taught me exactly what's explained simply in this video. Never had any problems again. Ever. Some articles mention it but say it can be dangerous. Yes of course, be gentle with yourself but it REALLY WORKS. And tell everyone! Health autonomy is important to kick off from drugs, pharmaceutic industry and heavy treatments.
