Aaaaargh! Been off since 22nd September! Dear Lord this is a real test of one’s patience. Phoned our ‘GUIDE’, a woman today who works in a call centre in Dublin for our internet provider who can tell us nothing and was simply left to apologise. Then offer us upgrades (this is a script she read it like it was sucking out her soul). We replied we didn’t need an upgrade on a service that didn’t work and she sighed so heavily it drew Storm Amy 100 miles nearer. I felt for her. These are the people big business misuse.
