In 2023, I had the chance to volunteer at the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR). As someone who’s worked at a film producer and studied a bit of cinema, it was a nice opportunity to experience the festival from a different perspective. Being around filmmakers, like Darren Aronofsky (director of The Whale), was really interesting, just seeing them interact with the audience and immerse themselves in the festival.
