Even though you can't fly in Wishfield (outside of the new Realm) I found out you do have a much extended glide and improved jump when you switch the deer mode on.

A little clip for tiktok recommending this marvellous flying deer ability, I loved the quest and this new Wanxiang Realm so I threw my diamonds at it. You can only fly in this location, not the whole game (which is quite vast) but this is my favourite location so I will visit often.

There was an upside-down world under the nightime-world and a magical giant deer (and a meaningful plotline about doing what you want to vs what is expected of you - the character tokens represent societal expectations/roles)

The new Nikki update is hitting hard.

We visit a new realm of Chromaface people. Each one of them gets assigned a role they must play until they fulfil it, and only then can they get a new role.

It's between layers of fantasy lore, of course, but they did a good job making points about society and (quite literal, in-game) masking.

IN is tonal whiplash the game, but when it's good, it's good.

Now peep my new lotus dress! :P

I loove the new location in #InfinityNikki it reminds me a little of Spirited Away, a surreal realm where it's always nighttime and everyone is a 'character token'
This fairy outfit from the last patch also looks wonderful here, hair and sleeves/shoulders are from this patch

Playing live service games with monthly updates is so nice because it's so celebratory, we just had the big 2.0 Itzaland update with 'Nikkis Birthday' and now the 2.2 Chinese New Year update with a new location.

After a long time I log in to Nikki again.
I startet this Game for a long time because I wanted to take it as help for Inspiration for styles. But at the end I didnt play it since a long time but its cool to see my Character again.
At least I didnt miss the fox ears and tail :3

Its sad that Nikki don't really works with Linux because of the anti cheat system. I wanted to see it in better graphics but have to stay with my mobile phone xD

I've been pushing the limits of the censorship in Infinity Nikki for quite some time now, usually just leaving variations on "be gay do crimes" messages to my fellow Nikkis, but this time I decided to go bolder 😬 #infinitynikki

@Shes_Gabrielle the new update is quite heavy in combats and new combat mechanics (especially with the behemoths!), even the "'new" mora crown which I hoped would have been about styling but isn't AT ALL.
It is by design of course, I assume they're trying to get new players interested in dashing and dodging and pressing multiple buttons at the same time to shoot volleys of arrows but yeah, it's frustrating xD
The good news is, you really can just run most of the time and kill enemies only when you need something from them to craft an outfit, right? #infinitynikki, combat & cultural appropriation season :oh_no:

Still playing every day, the update is amazing and quite different, a lot of levelling up was required to get through the abundance of esselings and behemoths 🐺
(Vital things: invisibility outfit, Phantom Companion, upgrading the heart of infinity for archery)

I started saving my resonite crystals after a year of saving nil.
I used 90 this patch and started with about 85.
There are 3 I didn't get in full (Crimson Feather, Timeless Melody & Clouded Loong) so I'm waiting for the reruns, plus the possible unicorn 👁👄👁

Started the new main story, I'm on Chapter 2!

Looking like a proper princess, being saved by yet another cute girl, riding a giant bird - lots of fun! :D

This update is PACKED with new abilities and things... it's overwhelming. And yet, it also feels like a duplicate of what we already got on launch. I'm having fun, though. I mostly wish they'd fix the writing to not be so tedious and long-winded, talking in circles all the time. I skip most dialogues. :(
