A caution for anyone in Ireland with a Seanad vote who has moved house - I updated my address on the normal election register and my polling card for the General Election went there but the Seanad address list must be separate as my ballot paper arrived at the parental home. Thankfully am there to pick up, deadline is 29th Jan.
And with that, all 174 seats in the Dáil have been filled.
Now the coalition talks can begin. It took months to form a government after the 2020 election. Will it take as long this time?
The count in Cavan-Monaghan has concluded, and this constituency is as-you-were.
We're still waiting on the final count in Cavan-Monaghan, and the final count of the general election.
Sarah O'Reilly is going to need 80% of Cathy Bennett's surplus in order to get elected. From what I've seen in other constituencies when the last Sinn Féin candidate has been excluded, in particular the number of non-transferrable votes that follow this, I simply don't think that's going to happen.
Even though Cavan-Monaghan is still counting, I think I've seen enough to rule out Aontú winning the fifth seat in that constituency. That one will be as-you-were.
And with that, this is what the final seat count in the Dáil will look like when that constituency has finished.
Counting has concluded in Louth, following a marathon 20 counts! I think that's the most this whole election!
Fianna Fáil gains one seat from an independent here.

The count has now completed in TIpperary North.
That recount always seemed unnecessary, as it was clear at the end of count 9 that both candidates would be excluded in one order or the other. And that's what happened.
No change in this constituency. Two to go.
Counting has concluded in Kildare North, as Fianna Fáil takes the newly-created fifth seat in this constituency.

Based on results in overnight, it's clear that Sinn Féin will finish in second overall, one or two seats ahead of Fine Gael.

Health Minister Stephen Donnelly has lost his seat to Fine Gael (though Fianna Fáil did gain one in the new Wicklow-Wexford seat). The Greens also lost a seat here.
Counting concluded in Sligo-Leitrm just before 1am. No party change in this constituency.
Counting in Longford-Westmeath finished around 3:30. Fine Gael's Micheál Carrigy gainst a seat from Fianna Fáil's Joe Flaherty, while the independent Kevin Morgan takes the newly-created fifth seat.
Counting in Galway West concluded around 3:30am. No party change in this constituency.
