Tonight’s dinner. Pork tenderloin glazed with a Thai chili and duck sauce combo. Then wrapped in bacon. The sauce is made from the drippings from pan with a tad more Thai and duck sauce added drizzled over the top of the pork. This was accompanied by mashed and corn on the Cobb and of course a nice glass of White Zin on the side. #jamesteee #ubergoober #vermont #food #foodie #foodies
