The following rates of interest will apply to unpaid, late and aged debts owing to Court Guinness from 01/12/2025
Personal Debts: 33.00% Calculated and compounded on a daily basis.
Private sector businesses: Bank Of England Base rate + 33.00 %. Calculated and compounded on a daily basis.
Public Sector and Government debt: Bank Of England Base Rate + 33.00 % Calculated and Compounded on a daily basis.
