I suggest that what you mention here are not "the problem" but are still just symptoms of the problem of #WhiteSupremacy.

Coming to terms, society-wide, with white supremacy being a bad thing, would diminish the motivation to perpetuate it.

Real example...#ThomasJefferson wrote to #GeorgeWashington that slave ownership returned a solid 4% annually. Washington was so disgusted, he changed his will to #manumit (free) his slaves upon his death.
