I normally book my vehicle for service at MyCar as it is the closest to me. When I went to book this past week I was stopped by the fact that some genius decided to make accepting marketing material mandatory for the booking. To add insult to this I, "The Customer"; was then responsible for either contacting a 13 number or if I remember in 2 weeks time, advising the store when I visit to opt out.
Simple fix, booked at a competitor and voted with my wallet. Hello Midas, my new car servicing home.
