#kitchenExperiments #millesCrepeCake #glutenFree #cakefor1 #pancakes testing some combinations of gluten free flours for an upcoming birthday dessert. I used yogurt instead of whipped cream between the layers for simplicity and will be making a coconut whip with bananas for the full dessert.

This test was for the crepes- combined oat, brown rice, chick pea flours with some cornstarch and brown sugar . A tiny bit of baking powder and oil and water to finish. Not bad consistency…
