Haley Grace Poe represented Pennsylvania, United States competed against 11 other Miss Earth USA 2025 finalists at the Schuyler Hall of the Hamilton Hotel in Washington, D.C., United States on July 6, 2025. She won the title.

On January 3, 2025, Poe crowned her successor Gia Soleil Espinosa of Texas, USA at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, Florida, USA. The latter will represent the country at Miss Earth USA 2026.
