Zeit für die nächsten #MtgArenaStats und zwar für #MTGDFT.
Was man nur indirekt in der Grafik sieht (anhand der beiden Ränge): ich hab mal wieder mehr gedraftet. Insgesamt 16 mal (4x Premier, 12x Quick) mit einer Winrate von 55,8% (58 zu 46 Games).
Bei den meisten anderen Sets waren es eher so 10 ± 2 Drafts. Lag gar nicht mal so sehr daran, dass ich Aetherdrift so geil fand. Ich hatte einfach mehr Zeit und Gelegenheit. 😀

UW Artifacts Mill.
3-0 didn't drop a single game.
This QuickDraft was a 6-0 before my own lands got in my way for a couple games, but was still strong enough to get there on the third try. Triple Pactdoll Terror is kinda dumb and let me hit max speed almost passively. Cleared out threats, cycled excess lands with Gunner and Chandra, and used whatever was handy to finish.
I’m slowly getting into the #MTGDFT draft groove, so of course WOTC is only talking about the next set already. The complaint is old, but man… why so fast? It’s a waste of product design.
@WoF ah I can relate to mana problems... I feel like I lose about a third of my games to some sort of mana screw or mana flood
Although, Boros is the worst color combination in Aetherdrift, and I think vehicles in general are not proving to be that good (especially if, like so many of the red or white vehicles, their value is limited to being large)... so I think you had the proverbial deck stacked against you with this one. I wouldn't feel too bad about winning one match with a deck like this. (I've 0-3'd on Arena multiple times with decks that I thought were better)
What I'm learning is that I'm bad at Aetherdrift draft.
1-2 with Boros Vehicles(?) splashing black because I can't draw consistent mana without going 3 colors.
Been a while but managed a Bo3 3-0 with Rakdos Speed. Opening two Gastal Thrillseekers the same time I opened better rares (Far Fortune and Boommobile) was irritating, but this deck didn't get paid by the turn and took few prisoners on its march to 3-0.
Drafting a 2 color deck was a mistake.
I either drew only one color land, or I only had a single swamp and couldn't cast the things I needed to.
I'm going back to playing 3+ colors.
1-2 Golgari kinda ok stuff.

GW mounts splashing R for... reasons, went 1-2 overall.
Man, this sure was one weird FNM draft. I got passed both the Mimeoplasm and Loot, and being the utter casual that I am, of course I'm playing both.
Finally got there in #mtgdft draft after like a week of 1- and 2-win runs thanks to land issues and difficult bombs.
Far Fortune splash worked out fine, not that I was in any rush to hit max speed as I spent most of my time hiding behind 3/3s and 3/4s while my artifact synergies (15 artifacts in the deck plus a couple of ways to make Thopters) did the dirty work. Definitely hit one opponent with a Haunt the Network for double-digit life loss, which was ridiculous.
First Aetherdrift draft, and yeah, I'm liking the set.
Azorious Artifacts was pretty good, nearly all my creatures were artifacts or cared about artifacts, and even managed to get a mill win.
2-1 at FNM, lost to Gruul aggro.
My Golgari grinder draft won #mtgdft at FNM with one rare. 0-3 on die rolls as usual, so it was an uphill fight.

Oh my god these piss cards look even worse in person than they do online.
#magicthegathering #MTGAetherdrift Prerelease, lap 2! Another undefeated run at 3-0, although not nearly as smooth a ride. Low to the ground aggression looked to punish slower builds early and sneak through the remainder of damage through sheer numbers. An early Lagorin also helps, as that card is a capital-P Problem if unanswered, especially with an early Speed start.
Was The Aetherspark any good, you ask? Couldn't tell you. Played 7 games, but I never even saw it once. #mtgdft

Fast beats and big beef crossed the finish line with a 4-0 tonight. Gruul Gods and Monsters were too much for most opponents, although R3 was a nail-biter vs a wall of GW giants. #magicthegathering #mtgdft #MTGAetherdrift
Doesn't matter what my deck is, I already won the PreRelease.
March of the World Ooze has won me more games than The Aetherspark so far.
Admittedly I'm only 2-2 so far at this prerelease.
Format is fun.
