Draft night down! The Ravnica remastered box was late, so we ran an LCI draft tonight. Was in a tough seat, and ended up in a pretty underwhelming WR midrange deck.

Weekly draft night done! Had a full pod of 8 tonight which was nice, so got to chat with a bunch of friends and draft some Ixalan. Ended up in a BR pile of pretty reasonable cards but no cohesive theme.

Finally got to draft #mtglci at FNM. Went 3-0 w/ UB self-mill, though I had some close rounds due to losing the die roll a lot, which seems quite punishing in this format. #MagicTheGathering
I've become obsessed with the card Roaming Throne from #LostCavernsOfIxalan and have been building a flurry of budget* casual decks around it. Here's the first of a short series of @mtgzone posts where I share them:

When the people who play Pioneer, Modern, and/or EDH finally realize this card exists, it's going to start selling for a lot more than $0.17.
And I wouldn't be at all shocked to see it start popping up in a lot of cubes.

I've been busy, but I wanted to share some Legion of Dusk sketches I did to practice faces, heads and hands. Lost Caverns of Ixalan is rapidly becoming one of my favourite sets. Both mechanically and lorewise. The side story 'Pawns' restored my faith in MtG story. :)
Wednesday draft night complete! Ended up in UR artifact aggro for my first paper LCI draft. Had a nice time jamming games with friends!
