Had a pretty epic workout this evening ... Owing to being sick for a couple of weeks I was behind on my monthly #MyZone #MEPS points.

This month is a special one because if I got the minimum this month I reached Platinum level .. it marks 24 months of hitting the monthly minimum.

Started the day needing 311 MEPS to complete, so had a 1.3 mile fairly intense (for me, given I've been off running 4 month!) run and then a 45 minute spin class, followed by finishing on the bike.

Smashed it! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
