The Artist No AI Starter Pack styled like a 90s toy doll packaged in plastic blister with pastel pink and teal cardboard backing with a hook cut-out. It is called "Deluxe Art Adventure™ - Dona™ With Regular Pen". The doll has long red hair and wears a blue summer dress with white swallows and is holding a blue jewel shaped like a pen. She comes with many accessories: a yellow flower hair claw, a pack of painkillers, a peach cat plushie, a happy bean plant, a fountain pen and matching journal, a laptop with a tablet attached to it, and a HITclip of Poets of the Fall song Illusion & Dream. On the bottom is a showcase of how to use the jewel pen: touch magical jewel to the tablet, 20 hours later a picture appears! The doll is for ages 4 and up and comes with a warning: "Making art by yourself may lead to heightened feelings of euphoria, happiness and calm".

This Protest Starter Pack, my very own take on the #starterpack trend, has been on my mind for weeks, so I've finally illustrated it!

Decided to join the #NoAIStarterPack trend! It's like a modern "meet the artist" and it's been almost a decade since I last did that.

The "doll" is based on the 90s Princess Starla and the Jewel Riders dolls that came with magical (magnetic) jewels. I really wanted one but they weren't sold in my country - but now I can be one of them, in a way. It was a fun trip down the memory lane.

I hated seeing the AI starter packs everyone has been posting lately, their boring, prettified sameness, and love to see illustrators taking over with starter packs that are as unique as their creators, their love for details and sense of humour.

While I don‘t have the time to participate by drawing sth new, I realised that I already illustrated – and published! – my own starter pack a couple of years ago: The Lily Lux Fridge Magnets!
