The first new firmware in two years has been released for the Satiator, the Saturn's ODE that fits in the rear VCD slot, and it adds some useful features: swapping discs in a multi-disc game while the console is running, and the ability to boot up retail discs from another region as well as burned discs!

@gourdcaptain There were a ton of Saturn carts that did not have beveled edges and were hard on the pins in the cart slot.
I would have to dig it out, but I believe even the Performance memory card plus was guilty of this. But it worked more reliably than some other options for me.
I bought a #Satiator last year and it's worked out great, but I have yet to try it with my Action Replay 4M plus. Hopefully that cartridge does not give me issues. Haven't used it in years.
