"Paperless settled status" is such a joke! My new passport isn't linked to my status account (who knew that was something you had to update?) And the border control's phone wasn't working so he couldn't look up my name on the system either! After asking me if i happened to have my old passport on me (of course not!), he said he'll just let me through because he can see that I "have been here for a long time."
