The train is called Mercury and was operated by New York Central.
Early in its service it was rammed by a similar streamliner named Commodore Vanderbilt at one occasion which was also operated by New York Central.

I'd say that was a decent first attempt at riding Notso with the lid on, given the gusting crosswind. The restricted view of the horizon makes balancing weird.
