NHS bosses offering £40 an hour to nurses to cross picket lines is like Royal Mail offering hundreds of pounds to managers to deliver mail.

It shows that there is money there to entrench the disputes but not to resolve them.

It is only ever about breaking unions and collective bargaining.

Had to pick a parcel up from the Post Office Sorting Office. Guy serving me remembered my Dad and mentioned him (we have the same name) 😭 ❤️

It's over 10 years since Dad died and I *love* it when people still speak of him, its the best feeling, like he lives on (I mean he does in his kids but you know what I mean).
