Looks like I'm not heading to bed just yet, lol. Just as I was getting ready, two things happened:

1. The USB hub and Bluetooth dongle that my pastor bought me arrived, and I had to check them out.
2. I realized I have therapy today at 2 PM. If I crash now, I won't be awake for it. My therapist is understanding, but I've already rescheduled once this week and don't want to do that again.

So, I guess I'm staying up, at least until after therapy. I'm really tired, but hopefully, I can make it through the next two hours, lol. Time to grab a cup of coffee! ☕️

Mistaking compliance for agreement has got to be one of the worst (and most common) decision-maker mistakes IME.

Not only does it ensure a loss of support for both the decider and the decision; not only does it *also* almost guarantee that folk are doing things for the wrong reasons; it ALSO squanders a golden opportunity to *learn* what’s really of concern in the decision-context.

Worst of all, avoiding it usually requires only the willingness to put some effort into understanding and accounting for why before making a final decision.
