Coffee loving friends: trying to replicate @dunkindonuts "Cinnamin' Nutmeg" #coffee blend now that we've gone by two Christmases without them offering it. It was an exquisite blend of slight #nuttiness and #warmSpices. (Think a cross between #hazelnut and #cinnamon.) Tried 6 tbs. medium roast coffee with 1 tsp cinnamon in the grounds and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg in an 8 oz cup after brewing. Ends up tasting like drinking #cloves. 🤢 What am I missing?
