So I got a text message saying that a maintenance ticket had been opened on my apartment.
Lol wut?
I did not call anyone. Do they know something I don't? I checked the ticket. It says my toilet is not flushing.
Last I checked, it was flushing just fine. I go check it again, and it flushes.
I call them to tell them that the work order is wrong and that my toilet flushes fine.
They are going to cancel the ticket. The CSR figures that a wrong apartment number was put in.
In the meantime they called me again, however, thinking that they had the number of the person who erroneously put in the request.
